Hi, I am Riyad Abbas I am 63 years old… From Diwaniyah, Iraq I had been going through grievous hip and back pain for a long time .Lately, the pain progressed to the extent that I could not walk. Even couldn’t sit and sleep. I needed an immediate and permanent solution. Due to limited resources of treatment in Iraq, I wanted to come to visit India to better treatment. She helped me with the list of topmost doctors and their profiles. The case manager also got me hospital opinions and associated quotes. Finally, I decided to visit W PRATIKSHA HOSPITAL Gurgaon. The Visa Invitation Letter was arranged by the team from the hospital. The visa application process was also done by the Health Angel team. I only had to give my information. Other than this, the accommodation was also arranged by the team as per my preferences. Our pickup and drop off from the airport was also arranged by team members. They facilitated my trip very smoothly. After I arrived in India, I was picked up from the airport and my appointment was scheduled with Dr. Hemant sharma. He took a detailed medical history and heard me patiently. He also conducted the physical examination and advised further investigations. After the reports came, the doctor revealed that I need to go total hip Replacement surgery. My surgery went well, the team took good care of everything.
